But just thirty years ago, it was an idea that seemed a little crazy…

JUMPS UP TO 4,000 METERS OF ALTITUDE
We have a Super Otter and a Super Pilatus Porter permanently based at Skydive Empuriabrava.
Our fleet of aircraft allows us to perform skydiving from altitudes of up to 4,000 meters every day throughout the year. For this reason, we offer a wide range of services focused on the organization of events, specialized training and other professional practices.
WHAT DO OUR CUSTOMERS THINK?
Després de saltar d'un avió, és difícil escriure una mala ressenya sobre una empresa com aquesta. Però fins i tot si m'oblidés d'això i puntués l'empresa, encara els donaria cinc estrelles. El servei previ al salt, transport, canvis d'hora per males condicions meteorològiques, va ser fred. un bon servei sense precedents que va ser bastant ràpid, bo en anglès. També van poder parlar un bon anglès al lloc, cosa que és agradable, certament no és un fet a Espanya. Així que va ser genial. També vam rebre opcions de transport, un taxi i un tren des de Barcelona fins al seu lloc. Els instructors de paracaigudisme us ho explicaran bé. No em vaig sentir mai insegur, però això és una cosa personal. És una zona preciosa. Quan salteu de l'avió, no esteu mirant els camps de vaques dels Països Baixos, cosa que també pot ser agradable, sinó que també esteu veient la bonica ciutat. Tu veus el mar. Va ser un dia assolellat per a nosaltres. Els instructors eren agradables. Ets una mica diplomàtic. S'està fent un vídeo. Si t'agrada, te'l pots quedar. Així que tot plegat, molt bo si voleu fer paracaigudisme en algun lloc. Aquest és un lloc agradable, una vista preciosa, molt bon servei i la gent pràctica és simplement grans professionals. Top!

La nostra experiència a l’Sky Dive Empuriabrava ha estat molt decebedora. Vam rebre com a regal un vol en paracaigudes amb un any de validesa. Quan faltava poc per al venciment, vam intentar contactar telefònicament per gestionar la reserva, però no ens van agafar el telèfon. Aquesta trucada no ha quedat registrada a la factura telefònica, per tant, no la podem demostrar. Quan finalment vam aconseguir parlar amb ells, el val ja havia caducat. La seva resposta va ser una negativa total, sense opció, ni alternativa, amb un to soberbi i impersonal i sense cap voluntat d’entesa.
Entenem que el termini de caducitat estava establert, i som conscients que vam contactar a última hora, però estem parlant d’un retard d’una setmana, no més. Considerem que, davant d’una situació així, amb un regal valorat en prop de 300€, trobar una entesa i intentar buscar una solució podria haver estat una alternativa, però no hi havia cap intenció.
També vam enviar un correu explicant la situació i proposant alternatives com pagar una penalització o adaptar-nos a qualsevol data disponible, però no hem rebut cap resposta. Aquesta manca de comunicació i el que considerem una mala gestió ens han deixat molt descontents. I més quan a nivell familiar som usuaris de l’espai i hem regalat en més d’una ocasió tirar-se en paracaigudes. Fet que no passarà més perquè no tenim cap ganes de tornar després d’aquest tracte.

L'experiència és brutal i el personal molt amables, simpàtics i amb "molt bon rotllo".
És una activitat impressionant i el més recomanable és fer-la juntament amb amics per viure-la més intensament.

Estava molt nerviosa quan vaig fer la reserva, però tan bon punt vaig arribar, vaig veure que tot estava molt ben controlat i els monitors eren super experimentats, cosa que em va tranquil·litzar molt. El monitor (crec que es deia Fran, de Mendoza) em va transmetre moltíssima seguretat. L'experiència en si és una passada, la recomano al 100%! Va ser el meu primer salt i espero repetir aviat!
He fet el salt tàndem, la millor experiència que he fet mai, brutal. Molt ben organitzat, monitor genial, totalment acompanyat i ben guiat., repetiré, primer però Guardiola.
